My name is Mike Gardner, owner of The Dirt Guy, LLC, a Land Development Consultant. I can provide help with any stage of a development project at a low cost and providing superior quality.

I have over 20 years of Land Development, Construction and Engineering experience; over fifteen of them have been in sunny Tucson, Arizona. I spent 16+ years as a civil engineering designer and Project Manager. I also spent over four years as the V.P. of Development for a local homebuilder.
