Let me put the time I’ve spent forging relationships within the industry to work for you. Through the years most general contractors or land development related subs have worked on plans I have designed or for me on sites I was developing. I can ensure that the contractors working on your project are some of the best at what they do, for prices that are competitive. Allow me to:

  • Solicit and obtain bid proposals. Assist in the selection of a General Contractor or any necessary subs.
  • Provide contract administration and billing or change order review.
  • Provide construction observations; onsite working with the contractor and interfacing with the GC's superintendent to resolve conflicts or questions. I can provide an onsite response to most design conflicts/modifications.
  • Oversee the contractor’s schedules and monitor their progress.
  • Interface with governmental or utility inspector/representative to ensure they receive the information they need, when they need it.
  • Compile the information required for release of assurance submittals.
  • Coordinate with governmental entities to assure inspection punchlists are produced in a timely manner and that all items are actually deficient and requiring remedial work. I will provide the contractor guidance to correct items properly and request reinspection.
  • Stormwater Plan preparation; Oversight of BMP installation; BMP monitoring and repair

Additionally I can provide the coordination of Release of Assurance punchlist completions. Let me negotiate with the engineer or agency to reduce or eliminate items that may be unnecessary or overly broad in their scope.
